In 2017, Alex interned with the National Park Service at Mt. Rainer National Park. Shortly, thereafter, she graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA with a BA in Anthropology with a focus in archaeology. In 2018, she began to work as an archaeological technician with Far Western. Her experience primarily focuses on prehistoric archaeology in California, Nevada and Washington, including the Sierras and Great Basin. She joined Far Western full time in 2020 working on monitoring construction projects in Southern California on US military land.
