Darren is a Data Analyst and Archaeological Technician based in the Great Basin Branch in Carson City. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Policy Analysis from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1998. After graduation, he worked in Information Technology at the University of Nevada, Reno for 17 years. He also worked in the outdoor recreation sales industry as a sales analyst assisting a team of sales representatives with sell-in data and forecasting. Darren began working for Far Western intermittently in 2016 focusing on data entry while also working in the field as a technician and monitor. He joined full-time in early 2023 and is now a member of Far Western’s Data Management team.
